Holly Evelyn

Founder | Qualified Nutritionist — Biloela, Central Queensland

Bachelor of Health Science (Food and Nutrition) — La Trobe University
Studying Masters in Dietetics
Qualified Personal Trainer
10+ years in evidence-based nutrition and habit coaching.

Holly is a qualified nutritionist, founder of Microhub, and owner of Fitstop Biloela, with a decade of experience working at the intersection of nutrition, performance, and real-life behaviour change.

With a Bachelor of Health Science in Food and Nutrition from La Trobe University, Holly combines formal nutrition science with a systems-based approach to behaviour and long-term habit change. Her interest in nutrition was shaped by years of navigating her own challenges with food, weight, and consistency, which led her to seek a deeper understanding of not just what to eat, but why certain approaches fail despite genuine effort.

That curiosity took her into the health and fitness industry, beginning with personal training before progressing into formal study in nutrition science, physiology, and behaviour change. Owning and operating Fitstop Biloela has given Holly a frontline understanding of how nutrition and training interact in practice, working daily with people who are putting in the effort but not always seeing the results their training demands.

Over the past decade, Holly has worked with individuals and families across Australia, building nutrition strategies grounded in structure, consistency, and an understanding of how decisions are made day to day.

Her approach is built on systems thinking. Rather than relying on rigid plans or linear methods, she looks at patterns, behaviour, environment, and the way everyday life shapes nutritional outcomes. This allows her to build strategies that hold beyond the initial motivation, adapting as life changes rather than falling apart when it does.

Holly works with clients across a broad range of goals, including fat loss, performance, family nutrition, and long-term health, always within the scope of evidence-based nutrition practice.

Because a plan that works is not the most perfect plan. It is the one built around your actual life.

Bachelor of business (law/marketing) – Victoria university.

Rosie is a qualified nutritionist, mother of four, and passionate advocate for sustainable, evidence-based health and nutrition.

With a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition from La Trobe University, Rosie combines nutrition science with a realistic and holistic approach to wellbeing. Throughout her career, Rosie has worked alongside naturopaths, nutritionists, and holistic health practitioners, allowing her to develop a well-rounded approach when supporting clients. While her work is grounded in evidence-based nutrition science, she recognises the important role that stress, sleep, habits, mindset, movement, and environment all play in achieving sustainable health outcomes.

Rosie is passionate about helping individuals and families create practical, balanced, and achievable strategies that fit into everyday life. Her approach focuses on consistency over perfection, empowering clients to build supportive habits and realistic routines that create meaningful long-term change.
