But before all of that, I was a lot bigger, and I struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I tried every diet under the sun, but nothing ever stuck. Eventually, I realised I needed to stop chasing quick fixes and start figuring out what actually worked for me — not just to lose weight, but to feel good in my own skin.
That’s what kicked off my journey. After losing a significant amount of weight, I became a qualified Personal Trainer to understand fitness from the inside out. But it didn’t take long to realise the biggest game-changer wasn’t training — it was nutrition. That’s where everything clicked, and it’s what led me to dive deep into the science of food, health, and behaviour.
Since then, I’ve spent years studying, learning, and working with people just like you — people who want real advice, practical strategies, and support that actually fits their life.
Along the way, I learned something even more important — that nutrition coaching isn’t just about food. It’s about having someone in your corner who actually gets it, someone to guide you through the tough days, help you reset after a setback, and cheer you on every step of the way. That’s why I created MicroHub — to give you complete support and encouragement, because you should never have to figure it all out alone.
For me, good nutrition is about understanding how food works for your body — how to fuel for energy, focus, recovery, and long-term health. It’s about making healthy eating simple, stress-free, and actually enjoyable.
Whether you’re a busy parent juggling it all, someone wanting to fuel performance and recovery, or just tired of feeling stuck when it comes to food — I’m here to help you cut through the noise and finally feel confident about what and how you eat.
This isn’t about perfection — it’s about progress and building skills (and confidence) that last a lifetime. Let’s make food work for you, together.
